What's going on in Philadelphia?

     Ladd Huffman is one of 28 medical patients who were approved by the federal government to receive medical marijuana under the compassionate care program.  He never recieved his supply.  For details, click here.

     On March 3, 1999, The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Philadelphia heard about Ladd and other patients who have been denied their medicine.
