It is the office of Secretary of State that is responsible for attracting businesses.  What attracts or deters people from establishing a business in Iowa are taxes and regulations.  I want Iowa to continue to be a business friendly state.  I want Iowa to still be a place to grow.  The only way to do that is if Iowa continues to lift the burden of taxes and regulations on business.  But, not only on business, but the working man, and women, as well.  I think that Iowa can lower taxes even further.  I believe that one of the hindrances to business is the sales tax.  I think that Iowa can reduce the sales tax.
